Union Bank

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in to bring my account to $0 so I could close my accounts. I was told they couldn't take another bank's card as payment so I rushed outside to withdraw from the ATM so I could use cash to close my accounts. I came back in, made the deposit, and confirmed with the teller that my accounts were closed. However, here I am two weeks later and I'm getting penalty fees for not having a balance in my account WHICH WAS CONFIRMED BY THIS BRANCH THAT THEY WERE CLOSED. SHADY SHADY!! Not only do I have sore taste for Unionbank in general, but definitely this branch. What a bunch of shady people.

The deliver excellent client service, authentic friendliness and consistent professionalism, always. They set the bar amazingly high in banking service and trustworthiness which can be found lacking in most other financial institutions.

Worst banking company they charge $10 to chash there own check telling you that they will reimburse you when you open an account... And you wonder why people do not want to bank with you
