Now I can five stars to this place. The reason is I have been several Regal centers in other state. Lot difference between them. Simi Regal is the best place guys. Very neat and friendly staff. Im back to this place again. In simple THE BEST.

Happy to see they were showing earlier released Oscar nominated films for $6! They should have employees selling tickets instead of at the snack stand. You can easily miss your movie waiting for people to get their food. Lots of employees doing nothing who could be SELLING tickets ... March 3, 2023 Projectionist was incompetent. Subtitles for foreign languages used in Triangle of Sadness were off the edge of the bottom of the screen making a third of the movie not understandable. Both myself and someone else complained, and it was NEVER corrected. I forgot the title of the movie when buying my ticket and told the cashier it was called Triangle of Something and even described it as a Woody Harrelson movie on a ship. He said they did not have a movie with triangle in the title, so I had to look it up on my phone to show it to him. He then finally sold me a ticket, and rudely gave me the ticket without pointing out the direction which the theater was located. Poorly trained in costumer service, and the projectionist needs to be fired ASAP. I wished I demanded a refund. Who shows subtitled movies that cannot be read? 60 degrees or outside and in the lower 50s inside the theater. So much for getting out of cold a warm up in a movie theater! Something seriously wrong here.
