My husband and I go to this Urgent Care if we are unable to.go to an appointment during the week. We always are treated with respect and any questions we ask are answered professionally. We are very happy with Regal and in particular our doctor and his nurse - Dr. Trompetto and Ofelia Avila.

I went to this facility and it took me over 2 hours to be seen. I saw person after person that came in AFTER ME get seen and leave. Finally I went up tot he desk and said, "You forgot about me didnt you?" I was then seen next. The doctor was unable to do anything for me. Eventually after I thought this horrible experience was over I come to find out I get a bill from them. After numerous phone calls to my insurance and their BILLING dept, they tell me they didn't have my insurance on file. They never processed a claim. Ugh! I gave my insurance card to the receptionist! They never copied or even processed my info. What are they doing behind that desk? These Inept receptionist cause me such grief. I will NEVER be back there again. Save yourself the hassle go with someone who knows what they are doing.
