Waited over two hours at night for a rude technician to arrive. He quoted me 150-250 plus a service fee. When he arrived he charged me a total of $319 to unlock a car from the 90s. When I called customer service about this, they asked if I they want me to call the technician. How would that help after the fact? $319 for a two hour wait and bad service. Do not use this service.

Avoid for 24h locksmith service. They will not help you out in a bind. I waited for hours, being led on by agents, using a public phone, and was ultimately told "we can not help you" - because my credit card was locked in my house. I will stress that they said this was no problem initially, but wasted my time only to leave me stranded. Later I called a local competitor who was much more accommodating and arrived in 15 minutes :)
