Update 2019-07-03: I finally received the order after many back and forth emails. While the owner explained he had some personal reasons for the second delay, I still cannot recommend this company to anyone due to my original order never being processed until I reached out to them. It is unfortunate because the quality of the product and I received is top notch and identical to the classic 1980s product. I would love to order more sets but I cannot trust this the business
I really hate to do this, but Neal left me no choice. On May 21st, 2019, I ordered an item from Robotics & Things. About three weeks later I emailed them asking what the status of the order was. They never responded. Then, I after I sent a very rude email again, Neal finally responded. He claimed to have no idea about the order and until I sent him the invoice. He then claimed the item would be shipped within 48 hours. Two weeks later and the item has yet to show up and Neal will not respond to email and phone calls. They are quick to charge your account but you will never ship your item. Obviously this will be getting reported to the BBB and my credit card company. Whatever you do, not NOT order anything from this thief.
