our heater stopped Our service technician showed up on time, and diagnosed the problem. He had to order parts, but he was able to effect a tomporary repair. So, we had heat again until the part came in. The part came in in two days, and the technician returnd at the appointment time and completed the repair.

4/03/2024 IC another multi-annual maintenance service call on my heat pump. Steven (tech) was very knowledgeable and efficient ! 6/01/2023 IC has the best service/pricing for your HVAC needs! 2/20/2023 Service maint today and Christian (tech) was awesome! He took the time to focus on all aspects of equipment and ran the necessary tests before and after his work was completed. Very professional and clean too! Very personal and experienced in his field. Thank you once again Integrity! 9/02/2022 Service maint today and Carlos (tech was prompt, professional and thorough. Im very happy with Integrity Comforts at large. 3/04/2022 It's almost 1 year to the date since I've been using this new HVAC Heat Pump upgrade that Mike Di Nallo, of Integrity Comfort, sold and installed for me. At first i was a little confused as SCE rates were beginning to skyrocket and i wasn't certain i made the right choice in moving from Gas to Electric. Once i spoke to SCE they moved me into a TOU-D Prime plan. I also elected to subsidize some of my power through the Clean Alliance Program. Both of these plans are offered to homeowners with electric cars, heat pumps, variable pool pumps, etc...and the savings has proven to be massive when compared to either Southern Calif Sempras Gas or any other SCE price options available to standard users today. And today, as we all feel the impacts of inflation together, we're experiencing record level billing from our energy suppliers. So switching over to a heat pump couldn't be more timely in my opinion. So after Mike lead a smooth 3 day install of my new Heat Pump with a 5 ton Condenser, installed a new Nest thermometer, processed 1 manufacturer rebate with me, deducted 1 SCE rebate from my invoice, an had me call SCE to change my pricing Tier to reflect "TOU D-Prime" for optimum daily/pricing ..all I can say is Mike Di Nallo is something special! Mike is a once in a lifetime Sales Rep & hands on Installer who can assess, estimate your needs, recommend an economical solution to your budget and execute upon it. His skillset in the industry is bar none, making me wonder how much longer Integrity will be lucky to have him before he opens his own competitive business. I would hire Integrity Comfort for any HVAC needs you might have, but you MUST ask for Mike Di Nallo if you want the job priced right and executed in a timely fashion. 3/19/2021 Integrity Comfort just changed my life for the better! I was in need of a major HVAC upgrade for about a year and kept holding out. After multiple visits to assess and repair my old unit, Mike provided a solid quote that was affordable and timely. Within one week of quote acceptance I was on my way to changing the lives of my family. We upgraded our old gas unit to an electric variable pump and boy what a pay off! This unit is so quiet I barely know when its working. They removed old ducts, installed new, cut out two lovely returns and provided a top notch flow of heat and air that warms/cools my house fairly quickly. Im excited to see how efficient this unit is expense-wise as I can already feel the savings on the daily operation. My old unit killed me financially and comfort-wise. The thermostat they installed was the Google Nest which has proven to be super user friendly and efficient for even my fianc to use. The level of service and attention that Integrity provided was way above par. They would show up to work preparing the house for protection every day, work hard all day and then clean up as if they werent even there. This was a huge job and they finished in exactly the number of days that Mike quoted me. I cant say enough good things about Mike who quoted me and oversaw the job AND Julie who booked, invoiced and scheduled my maintenance appts to come. Chris and Eric are work horses and very friendly; The entire crew are knowledgeable in their field and professional 100% of the time! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting problems, etc... Shout out to the owner who assembled this family/team...
