        I had an appointment with a personal trainer this morning at 7am. His name is Christian. I got up at 5:30. Went to Fitness 19 and Christian was a no show. I waited awhile then left my number so we could reschedule. No call. No apology. Thanks Christian, I think I'll pass on Fitness 19..
