Horrible customer service ! If you need your vehicle worked on don't go here. Service advisor goes on vacation and just leaves you hanging for updates. How convenient. Have to wait for a call back as no supervisor is available. What a great way you guys do business. BTW Alejandra helped initiate this review. My truck has been there since Tuesday last week , with repairs not even being started yet. Guess it's the least of their worries when they don't have to pay for the repairs, nor a rental truck for one week just for them to diagnose everything I told them about. Ha

Awesome, prompt service after suffering a punctured gas tank from debris in the 405. Emilie Roe was amazing with day-to-day updates on parts and service status!!! Thank you! Thanks to Price Ford Simi!!!

ask for Eric, he made it fun, did not pressure anything, made the gold standard for a sales rep and customer service was 10 out of 10 he helped me get in the car of my dreams a XT6
