Called about a week ago to set up a appointment asked if they took medical they told me they did I show up the date of the appointment and and the receptionist tells me oh I was hoping you would come in we didn't get your number we don't take Medi-Cal only are Santa Clarita office does but I would be happy to give you the number to that office I told her I called a week ago and set it up in advance and you're telling you the day of and she said well we would have called you but I didn't get your phone number? Extremely unprofessional I had to take time off of work and keep in mind I set this appointment up in advance and I told them that it was Medical

Ive been coming to Elite Dentistry for a few years now. Its by far my favorite office. Lively staff and Brian is the best at cleaning! I always make sure to reschedule my next appointment before I leave. He is gently and quick. Never really had to wait either! Highly recommend Brian for a cleaning!

Everyone here is very friendly and they frequently check in on you even during a teeth cleaning. Today I had a surgical procedure and they frequently asked how I was doing, if I was okay, if I needed anything, etc.. They also gave me breaks and reminded me how to ask them to stop if I wanted a break or anything like that. They're very kind and concerned about patients' comfort. I'm very bad at going to the dentist. I hate it for many reasons, but I haven't missed a single appointment here.

LOVE MY NEW DENTIST DR. T (best female dentist ever)! Just moved to Simi Valley last year. Haven't seen the dentist in 4 years due to a bad experience and COVID. Dr. T and the staff took good care of me. I was super nervous coming here but I was not disappointed. I have had my jaw locked before so I was super scared it would happen again but thank God everything went well. Dr T was super patient and gentle with me and made me feel like she really cared about my situation. Ended up having 2 cavities. I decided to fill one cavity now and another one in a month due to not wanting to have my mouth open so long. Anyway I'm super glad I found this place Dr Soleimani is also super nice and professional. I'm very impressed and highly recommend. Maria the front desk manager was amazingly sweet and answered all my questions before and after my exam. Also I didn't have to wear a stupid mask :-) My first visit was on September 7, 2022. Only semi negative was long wait but for the service I got I'm not complaining.
