Ordered a laser cartridge and after one month receive nothing and no communication. Left multiple voice messages and filed a complaint on PayPal. Then they finally responded, stating to be patient that it was on back order. I replied I wanted a refund. No response yet. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I will never buy from this company again.

Don't order from these people!!! 8 days and I haven't received my item. I emailed them and no answer, I called them for 3 days and finally got hold of them after 3 days. They sell merchandise that they don't have in stock. To get your money back, you'll have to open a dispute with your credit card!!! If you don't need a headache, stay away from these people. *** You guys don't respond to your email or calls!!!!

Ordered ink three weeks ago. Never received a confirmation email, but the funds were taken out of my account. Ive reached out via email and phone with no response. If I could give zero stars I would.

Customer service is non existent. Placed order for 3 HP 61XL cartridges and received 2 others no even related to my order. Cannot get phone call answered, return phone call, email answered or direct message through website answered. Stuck with absolutely nothing for my money. I called numbers related to LD products,their parent company, and all calls go through same answering system with same result..NOTHING. Update: I received a phone call and the customer service representative has promised to make things right. My original order has been placed again and she assured me that I would receive a mailing label to return the wrong cartridges. I hope this resolved the issue. I've moved rating to a 3 and will increase again if all goes well. UPDATE. All went as promised with multiple responses to offer help to rectify problem. New cartridges were received in 3 days and they followed up to ensure I'd received the order. I don't understand why there was a lag in placing call and getting a call back. I am very happy with effort to rectify the problem. Moved rating to a 4 for going above and beyond to resolve problem.

Don't order from this company! It took almost a month for my order to ship. I tried to contact them nobody would answer their phone or call you back about my order. I was charged immediately but never got any information about my order such as an update or a message about a delay. Worst customer experience I have every experienced when ordering online.
