Dishonest. Would not return here. I came in after I called to confirm that they would honor their coupon price that's available on this page. They told me that's fine but it would be cash only (sketchy...)
I show up and they perform the smog check, and hand me a bill for full price. When I inform the guy that I called earlier and was told I could use the coupon, he told me that that's not for SUVs. Ok.... Then he tells me that I can use another coupon that's not quite as good, and still cash only. I only had enough cash with me to cover the price I was told on the phone and he accepted that. He was also giving me a weird attitude. Would not go back here, and recommend others to go elsewhere as well. Too many options around.

Number 1, Armand has excellent customer service skills. Number 2, he completed my smog so fast I thought I failed lol. But last but not least, I was having a pretty bad day, I mean I couldnt conceal it.Armand showed me compassion and gave me grace. He saw I was trying to be a functional mess so he asked do you want to move you pull the car up or can I do it for you? I was glad he asked because I was a little all over the place. He offered me words of encouragement and even some supplements to try for anxiety. Today he gave me more than a smog and it was no small gesture to me. I love when people show that hope isnt lost

Have come here a couple of times for different vehicles to be smogged. The place is fast, efficient and one of the better priced shops in town. Highly recommend!
