        Francisco Arrieta you Deserve 0 stars! He stolen my information and made a car insurance for me without my consent. He is a fraud! Be careful Don’t deal with this person .. he gave me really hard time and I’m still until now try to cancel it. It’s the worst experience ever. BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL DONOT DEAL WITH FRANCISCO ARRIETA BECAUSE HE IS CROOK.

        Glad he isn't my Allstate agent anymore. I called for questions no one picks up the phone. As least have them re-routed elsewhere and he called me back from a private number ( I don't pick them up) and tells me to call from another number. Why not just call from that number? Guy doesn't know his job and takes days to get back to me.

        The customer service at this agency is non existent. They never answer any calls and if you leave a message they either don't listen to their messages or don't care to call back!!
