Big store. If you live in the valley, you'll get what you need here for fabrics & notions.

- Not a lot of employees
- They don't offer classes after 2020

Joann does this very silly thing where they give special coupons that only work with curbside pickup. However, when I get there a bunch of the items are marked as out of stock. Then, I am able to easily find the items they mark as out of stock but they won't honor the curbside pickup price.
Either honor the curbside pickup price, find the item yourselves, or better yet stop restricting the 20% off coupons to pickup only. At this rate it's basically false advertising...

The people who shop there and the people who work there aren't the friendliest...but I think that's just Sherman Oaks. Eh. Oh well...

I have been calling for a simple question, no one answers the phone on purpose because I called six times exactly because I needed to know If they had some material, no one wanted to answer the phone. Horrible customer service would not recommend. I live far Im not gonna make the drive if I dont have the questions I needed answered.
