Worth every penny.
In the age of poor service and mediocre quality, it is so refreshing to come across company like Russell. Outstanding ommunication from the order initiation through the notification of the shipping of the finished product. When I had a delay on my end, they were more than accommodating and ended up finishing the seat ahead of schedule.
The quality? Without question, the finest craftsmanship. The firm seat is already breaking in nicely and is truly a custom fit.
They will be my go to on all future motorcycle upholstery upgrades. Highly recommend.

Good people, know their stuff. Have had one adjustment and it helped a lot, going to give it a couple thousand miles to see if it comes into shape. Glad I went here for a custom seat for my Wing.
