Front desk (male) customer Service was horrific, highly un-professional, rude, flat, short. It was our first time here and our last, we will NEVER come back.

I arrived on a Sunday with my disabled Wife for a week's stay. We arrived very late for check-in and were greeted by a helpful, friendly, check-in clerk with a great sense of humor. All the clerks were helpful and friendly. There is a 150 deposit not mentioned on the booking.com website, but it was promptly reversed on check-out. It is to cover damage to room. Handicapped parking was located right by the handicapped room. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom is setup for handicapped with hand hold bars, and a special wand shower head to use while sitting on the provided shower chair. The room is across the street from auto mechanics and a nearby Harley dealer, plus traffic from the freeway zooms by loudly, but the reasonable room rates more than make up for it. There is a nearby Target, Lucky's supermarket, and many other stores and fast food within a few blocks. There is an ice machine that can make large amounts of ice should you need to fill a cooler. The free breakfast is till 10am and may include, hard-boiled eggs, a variety of muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee and tea. There are a couple of other items. I was very pleased with my stay here, and would stay here again. If you want luxury stay at Embassy Suites at many times the price, but if you're looking for a great value for a clean well maintained motel, this might be a great choice for you.
