I just completed an engagement with Jonathan Sweet to review a commercial real estate contract. He did an excellent job identifying areas where the contract was not in the entity's best interest that I was representing. He provided a thorough analysis of the agreement to me, providing me with the pros and cons, and provided quick communications and resolution to meet our accelerated deadline. He also handled all negotiations with the commercial broker which resulted in our getting the terms we had wanted. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to call upon his legal services in the future.
