Such terrific customer service, and so speedy! I had a problem with my old garage door just stopping mid-closure, and couldn't figure out what to do (no handles, safety pull, etc.). I got in touch with MC Garage Doors almost on the first ring, who were so thoughtful and helpful. We hopped on FaceTime within 3 or so minutes, and they walked me through how to get the garage closed in no time, as well as offered some tips and tricks for further evaluation of the door and other repairs that could be made. Definitely hope that they can help us get this door into the 21st century, but also SO grateful for their help in a time crunch — thanks team!

This biz is a scam - they quote us on the phone for $170 just to visit, and when they showed up and found our garage door was simply bumped out of its track, they quote $800 to replace everything. When we refuse to pay that amount, the guy claimed it'll still cost us $400 just for he to put the garage door back into its track. When we protested they refused to negotiate. Later we found out the new spring they put in was worse than the old ones we just replaced 2 years ago, and they didn't even tighten the screws on the rollers they replaced. Do not do business with these people.
