Yes I highly recommend Jesse!!I had recently moved and my printers were not working Jesse spent an hour and a half with me focused on fixing my laptop desktop company laptop printers and hard wiring for me. Jesse has been fabulous in helping us out with our weird internet issues. He is very prompt to responding when there is an urgent matter and very detailed and methodical when working on scheduled projects. We had lackluster wifi for a while and Jesse brought us to the next level to provide our customers with fast and reliable speeds. Jesse is absolutely the best! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he has a wonderful personality and is quick with responses! We run a small law firm and having reliable, honest tech support is critical! He is often able to assist with a quick text which helps us solve our own issues! If you're looking for an expert to fix the problem, then Jesse is your man.I am an elderly gent that got as far as using a typewriter in my business before I retired, and that probably was before the computers came into every company's usage.Since then I did get a home computer, and doing so with negative knowledge, learning on my own, made me a solid customer of Jesse.   Ergo, he has helped, and guided me through my mysterious journey toying with my computer.
