We tent camped here. Our kids loved the game room: air hockey table, retro arcade with 100 some odd games (PAC man, street fighter) board games, connect 4, and TV. The bathrooms and showers were new looking and spotless! Pool was heated and clean, hot tub was also very nice. We were the only tent campers, it rained and got muddy. No fire ring, but a babbling creek and some trees for kids to check out. Horseshoe out without horseshoes. From spot T1 we could hear every truck that drove by and you can see the backyards of the neighbors. The steet lights reached into our campsite. Its not Mt. Madonna, but had shade and was close proximity to the event we were in town for. Very convenient location wise to get to the boardwalk, etc.

Everything is very well maintained, clean, overall a very nice park. The employees are amazing, friendly, informative. The location is great, 10 to 15 minutes away from the boardwalk. It's quiet even though it's close to a main road. The restrooms are spacious and clean, unfortunately the shower backed up the weekend I stayed but they had it up and running within hours. The clubhouse has a nice new air hockey table and is comfortable and cozy. The laundry facilities are great, lots of machines. Nice pool and hot tub, too. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 3 weeks in a 38' 5th wheel toy hauler in space #5- directly across from the clubhouse entrance. Spots are tight, our toy hauler took up most of the spot but we were able to pull all the way forward and we're still able to open our patio on the back of the rig. There are painted lines on each side where you had to stay within your spot, everyone hungover just a tiny bit, no matter what. We were not going to fit in our f350 into the spot no matter what we tried, so we opted out to use the patio and park the truck in additional parking spots, near the main entrance, most days were able to find parking near by. The park is clean and they have landscaping crews that come in weekly to clean up, they actually blew out our spot weekly and it made it so much better. We were there during the massive recent rainfalls so getting the leaves blown out weekly was extremely helpful. Bathrooms were nice and clean, each bathroom was shut during specific hours in the day for cleaning. I think it was 8-9am and 9-10 am for cleaning. Laundry room was also nice, lots of machines. The clubhouse was outdated with a broken foosball machine and old tattered pool table, which leads me to the reason behind my 3 star review. If you're a older retired person this park would be perfect, if you're young with young kids you're going to have issues. The minute my kids stepped into the clubhouse they were told that they couldn't be in there without adult supervision, mind you we were in spot #5 which is directly in front of the entrance door to the clubhouse with large wall windows....we could see our two kids in there very well. Well my husband and I decided to go in there and sit down so the kids could play, kids playing on the broken foosball table parts were falling on to the ground literally....I could hear someone making a huffing sound in the other room. As we're sitting there he decided to come and mop in the exact spot we were sitting in....he looked clearly pissed that we were in there so I took my kids and left. But no wonder he kicks the kids out of there...because when I walked back he was sitting in the cub house on his phone. There is no playground, so where do they expect the kids to play? My girls walked down to the tent area and we got a knock on our door as well saying they couldn't be there, where clearly other kids that lived in the park played down there with no issues. The pool closed down twice while we were there once for few days then for over a week untill we left. The pool itself is nice and warm and hot tub is also nice, it was the only thing we really looked forward to but was closed more than open in the 3 weeks we were there. Got yelled at one day for leaving my kids in the pool by themselves but didn't bother to check and see that my husband was in there with them. It appears that this place may just be geared to older people, and are possibly micromanaged and then they micromanage the people that stay there, too many idiotic rules without the why? Overall quiet and clean, not very kid friendly. Great location to Santa Cruz
