I am giving them a 5 star review on their customer service. They originally shipped me a part for my Thor gas range which never arrived. After contacting them they sent out a replacement and were very easy to deal with. I will update on whether the new part arrives or not

With pandemic shortage and shipping issues, it's hard to find needed equipment. Josh went above and beyond to search for the freezers I need for my new store. I highly recommend Dvorson's for professional food service equipment.

Last year, I purchased a barbeque grill from Dvorson's which has turned out to be great. This year, returned for a speed oven and refrigerator. Service has been terrific in helping us find just the right items for our needs.

We bought an American Range that came highly recommended by the staff at Dvorsons. We have since found that the range is defective (griddle was not properly assembled at the factory) and had a service technician verify that it is not repairable. Dvorsons is refusing to refund us and we are stuck in a constant back and forth with them. Please, take this review and other ones like it into consideration before buying with them.
