If you like fluffy, light as a cloud scrambled eggs, this is the place. Tasty breakfast. Daughter loves fried French toast. Sausalito. Mimosas and coffee refills. Nice atmosphere.

Went for a morning drive to Sausalito from San Francisco. I hadnt been to this town in ages & wanted to revisit this charming town. I googled places for breakfast & Freds looked promising so we headed there. Theres a small shared parking lot next to the cafe & plenty of street parking. Its a small cafe with some outdoor seating & it was pretty busy on Saturday morning. We were seated at a large shared table with two other people. They didnt mind & neither did we. Extensive menu- Id read the most popular items are the lemon ricotta pancakes, egg plate with sweet bacon, deep fried French toast & the Swedish, but looking at fellow customers plates whod ordered some of the dishes, I decided I could not eat such large portions! I went for the single berry waffle & my husband ordered the veggie omelette. The waffle was delicious; only wish the syrup they served was real Maple syrup. I dont eat the fake stuff so I skipped it. The omelette was very nice & came with toast & hash browns. We had ordered cappuccino & laughed when we saw the size of the cup - almost like a mini bathtub! Im fussy about my coffee & this one just ok. Overall, a nice little place to enjoy breakfast before walking down to the marina & town center.

This was the best breakfast Ive had in a while. Freshly made orange juice, the sweet bacon was so good, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were friendly and QUICK with service.
