This is the second time I worked with Lucy to get my home mortgage. From the very beginning Lucy has been very helpful in giving us timely mortgage estimates and important advice. We didn't use a real estate agent this time so all the advice from Lucy and her team was especially important and saved us a lot of trouble and potentially mistakes/that could cost us a lot. Lucy is very patient in listening and understanding our needs from the beginning and willing to work with us based on our unique needs and situation. During the closing process the lender was a little difficult  and demanding, which made it challenging. Lucy and her team was relentless and patiently helped us through every step of the process. Eventually we were able to close the escrow as we had expected. The mortgage rate she has got us is also very competitive and saved us a lot of time and hassle shopping around. A few years ago Lucy also took the initiative to contact me for a better rate to refinance. Because of that my mortgage payment went down and saved me a lot of money. For folks who are busy and don't have the time to shop around, Lucy and her firm is a one-stop shop that helped you with all your mortgage needs, and even some helpful insights on the real estate transaction process. Lucy and her firm also holds open house during the holidays in December I believe. That's a great opportunity to meet with her team if you ever are interested in using her firm's service. Due  to her patience and her firm's professionalism, they have got a loyal client in me now. I know who I will talk to next time I have mortgage/refinance needs!

After trying to use someone local in my area, my parents referred me to Mitch at Finet of Saratoga. Over 400 miles away, he made the refinancing happen. He was on top of things and communicated on a regular basis to let me know what was going on. We did have a few hick ups but they were out of his control.

We just finished financing a home with Lucy at Finet. She is very personable, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She took care of everything. The rate I got was very good too.  The hard part was finding a home to buy. I would definitely recommend Finet to others.

I went to meet with Mr. Dave Eshelman, the owner of the business, some years back. Before we could start discussing anything business related, he ended up throwing me into a makeshift prison or torture chamber in the basement of a nearby academic building. He had me chained up down there for about 6 days, not that I was aware of this as there were no windows or any way to tell what time it was. He did feed me, and for that, I'll give him 1 star. However, he would consistently beat me with a wooden club if I refused to call him "John Wayne". I wasn't the only person in his makeshift dungeon though, there was a good handful of us down there, all chained up and being routinely beaten by Mr. Eshelman. On the last day of my time in this dungeon, he was literally just about to force one of the other captives to anally rape me. Luckily, just before the tip went in, someone opened up one of the locked exit doors and freed me and all the other prisoners. I was free from the captivity of Dave "John Wayne" Eshelman, and for my troubles, I was given $90. I have to say, based on the way the owner, Mr. Eshelman behaved those 6 days, I can't recommend him to anybody else looking to discuss mortgages. The man's a psychopath, masquerading as a normal businessman by day. But once the sun goes down, he'll show you his true colors. I googled his name and found that this is pretty consistent behavior for him. Look him up and see for yourself. A real sick, deranged, pathological man that Dave Eshelman is. I feel bad for anyone that has to suffer his physical and psychological abuse, especially his family and/or pets if he has any. To clarify, this is satire, but you should still google him because it's really not far from the truth \_()_/
