As a local civil and structural engineer with extensive experience in landscape improvement structures, Artisan Home Resorts has been a joy to work alongside on multiple successful projects over the years.  Along with their top notch architectural project designs, they are very knowledgeable with respect to the engineering aspects that are necessary for a workable construction product.  They work closely with the engineer to ensure structural safety and code compliance without sacrificing the project architectural design focus, functionality and goals, which are typically of the utmost importance to the clients.  Artisan provides and ensures timelines that work for the project team and client, which allows for the most efficient and successful approach to each project.  I always enjoy working with Artisan Home Resorts during the design phase of the project, and I am always excited to see the finished product when construction is complete!  It's a pleasure to be a part of the team for each and every Artisan Home Resorts project!- Mike Koontz, P.E. #C78932
