      image Failed to give me the COC release form for my drug test when they handed me the two copies of my DOT long form physical and said I was good to go causing a major delay in my already 8 week hiring process while homeless living in my car with no income and no flat surface to rest upon let alone sleep as well as massive inconvenience inconceivable frustration and multiple sadness prolonged discomfort and agony nearing hopelessness.
