Pacific Crest Home Inspections

We had a great experience with Andrew from Pacific Crest. The inspection was extremely thorough. Even though the house was very new, in good shape, and recently inspected he was still able to find potential issues to be re-mediated. The inspection was very quick, and he was able to use some interesting tools (drone / ir camera / ect.) to improve the process. He also made himself available after the fact for questions, although we have not yet needed to reach out.

Pacific Crest Home inspections went above and beyond. Very insightful and thorough inspection. I left feeling extremely knowledgable and confident in the home I was purchasing. I felt Matt (inspector) gave me his professional objective opinion, while making me feel assured in the decisions I needed to make to make the house comfortable for my family. Highly recommend.

Andrew was great to work with. He was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. The report he provided showed all items inspected, and broke them down by priority of what needs attention. I've bought a few properties over the years and have never seen such a thorough report.

Andrew was very personable and knowledgeable. His inspection was thorough and included pictures for each category inspected. Most notably, I have access now to each item inspected to reference and use as a to do list moving forward. Overall a wonderful experience working with Pacific Crest Home Inspections, and I’m confident anyone else would too!
