Jeremy made the whole process very simple! I am very happy with these shutters. I love how they look and that they hide the ugly windows. The product is made very well. They were easy to install. I used an adhesive quick setting epoxy for the piece that goes inside each corner. If you are thinking about purchasing these I would highly recommend that you do!

" It's Nice To See Knowledge, Quality, & Personality "
Pat McIver from Suncraft Shutters in El Cajon, Ca. came to our house today to fix a broken shutter louver on one of our shutters. He took out the old broken shutter and installed a new shutter louver so easily . This is the 3rd time in 15 years the Pat McIver has come out to our house. The first 2 times Pat came out, he fixed a problem with our large bedroom shutter, that other technicians could not fix. Since Pat fixed our bedroom shutter 15 years ago it has been perfect. About 7 years ago we purchased new large sliding shutters to cover our sliding glass doors in our living room, and Pat came out by himself and did an incredible job installing the new sliding shutters. All of the work that Pat has done on our shutters has been perfect. His knowledge and quality of work as you watch him go through his procedures to install and or fix the shutters, is amazing to watch. But another one of the greatest assets Pat has, is his fantastic personality. Pat's bubbly and caring attitude is Awesome ! He will do everything he can to please the customer, and seems to really enjoy his job. I would not want anyone else installing or repairing shutters in my house except Pat McIver from Suncraft Shutters in El Cajon, he is the Best !
