I have made incredible changes in my life with the help of Dr. Hoffman. I lost 30 lbs, have gotten back into shape, am now doing pilates and yoga regularly - and overall I feel like I am myself again. I tried to lose weight in so many different ways, none of which helped me really change my life in the ways I knew I needed to. Many of my friends were encouraging me to get nips and tucks or other cosmetic things like liposuction, but I wanted to get healthy. And by getting healthy I now look better than ever and feel great about my body. The supervision through my weight loss program was very helpful and allowed me to stick to things knowing that I would have the support I needed. Every time something came up, whether it was a question needing to be answered or changes to my program needing to be made, the doctor was great. I live in Santa Rosa and first heard about Dr. Hoffman from another friend of mine who is a Kaiser doctor, that is going to see them for weight loss as well. I know they have a number of different weight loss programs, but I did the hCG program that Dr. Hoffman has developed. Amazing results!
