Sonoma Tanning

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I was very excited to start my new tanning business and I went to Sonoma Tanning to purchase my equipment and to take the tanning course. When I arrived at this place of business I was not greeted nicely for no reason from the owner Kelly Richardson. I'm a very nice happy person and for some reason I felt like she didn't care for me. We sat and talked on the couch in her studio for about 45 minutes, Kelly was telling me about the tans that they do and how successful she is when she was supposed to be helping and training me. there was no training involved. I had one of my friends come over to the studio so that I can learn how to give a proper spray tan. When kelly showed me how to do the tannings it was literally a one minute training session and said, that's how you do it. There was no training, no tips no nothing from her to help me with starting my business. I felt like all Kelly wanted was my money and for me to get out of her office, this is how I felt while I was there. When it came time for me to purchase my equipment I purchased the largest package she offered which I believe was $3600, I was supposed to get. The machine, 1 gallon of Citrus Mojito Solution, 1 quart of clear Bronze solution, 1 color adjustment drops, tanning cabana, 25 client care cards, 8- each of body wash, tan extender, body scrub, tan mist and 6 tanning care kits I was was told I would have everything within a week and as the weeks went on nothing, I didn't get anything in the mail. I would call and email almost daily with no Reply from BeBronze or Kelly from Sonoma Tanning. Finally I got my machine, a tent, and 1/2 gallon of solution. I called and left many many messages as well as emailed many times. Finally someone got back to me and said that her warehouse was backed up and I should have everything soon. When the next package arrived there were three body washes and 6 tan extenders and 2 of the wash did not have labels on them so I could not resell them, I was missing half of the product that was ordered... I called and emailed constantly, with no reply from Sonoma Tanning or BeBronze. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I'm owed a lot of product and feel like this was purposeful. Fast forward 3 years later and I still do not have my product nor was I given a refund. I wonder if I will ever get my product?

Kelly the owner of Sonoma Tanning owes a lot of people alot of money! She uses her ties to the Miss America Organization to steal from people! Complaints have been filed with the Miss America Organization, and the state of CA. Her business license has been suspended! Check out her YELP reviews. They are awful! Beyond awful! Kelly richardson is a SCAM ARTIST!!! she is operating businesses with SUSPENDED licenses, as well as having several federal and state liens, owing thousands of dollars to companies all over the world, as well as the federal and state government. She also scams women all over the world, by lying them into her "miss america team", only to take their participation fee (500-3500$/person) upon their registration, and then the day before they are due to arrive, she gives them some BS excuse as to why they cant come ( miss america organzation moved the tradeshow, or your credentials are processed etc) and cancels on them last minute, AFTER they have spent hundreds of dollars in equipment, required clothing oh and cleared their family and business schedules, and tells them they are no longer needed. And yes, we ALL had contracts signed. She then refuses to refund the money paid to her. Kelly richardson is a true con artist and now that she scammed the wrong women, (over 13) the FBI, state secretary and attorney generals office, news media, and state police in 13 different states, are involved, she will soon be held criminlly accountable for her lies, and scams, and criminal acts!! This woman needs to be locked up and she needs to pay restitution to the businesses all over the world and women all over the world she scammed!!!!
