CHECK HOW MUCH THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE BEFORE DROPPING OFF ANYTHING!!I dropped off my dress (one layer cocktail dress) that just needed a little tweaking -- an inch off the hem, a tiny bit taken off the waist. I didn't ask the price because I figured it was simple and would be around $40-$65 max....pick up my dress and he rings it up at $160!!!! The dress itself cost me $40!!! it was INSANE. absolutely STUNNED I went on to ask him -- he told me that was his DISCOUNTED price and that he could have charged me over $200!! goodnight, I told him honestly that I felt like if that is how much he charges he needs to tell people upfront. He made up some excuse about how he wouldn't want to "offend" people by making it seem like that was too much for them....noooo he absolutely knows the majority of people would walk back out and live with a dress an inch too long.I literally got to my car and cried. I felt absolutely ROBBED.
