We have a house in Santa Rosa that was designed by an architect to be incredibly beautiful but a horrible design when it comes to drainage and water resistance.  Earl has been extremely helpful addressing the 30yr old roof issues while preserving the integrity of the house.  He's truly excelled when most other roofers probably would have given up and gone to other jobs that were more straightforward.

I found Customized Roofing Company on the internet. After looking at their photos of metal roofs, I knew they were the company I wanted to come out and give me a quote. Earl came out and gave us some great ideas. He drew up the plans and we are beyond pleased with the results. What a difference it has made in the overall look of our Healdsburg home. I needed some repair work done on my roof as well as a leaking skylight. After numerous calls to roofers who were too busy or not interested I received a return call from Earl. He made an appointment and showed up on time to take a look and see what needed to be done. He was very informative about what I needed not only to solve my skylight problem but also to help with my rain gutters and do some needed maintenance on the roof itself.  I had one other company also look at my roof and give me a quote. Earl's recommendations were pretty much the same as the other company with a similar price but Earl offered a better guarantee and offered to do the gutter work at no addition charge.  I am very happy with the work done. Earl's son and a helper actually came to do the work and they did a great job, were very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. This is the company I will call when it is time to replace the roof.

5 Star Company. In getting estimates from other companies I felt like they just wanted me to sign on the dotted line. Earl on the other hand explained everything in detail and shared with me his professional opinion on what he thought I should do to lower my energy costs. He showed a product called Low-E that when installed properly would reflect 97% of the suns UV Rays and keep my attic cooler during the summer  months. On several hot days over the summer my AC unit never even turned on. I also wanted to mention that your suggestion on attic ventilation and adding R38 Insulation to my attic has done wonders this winter and has help keep my home warmer. I highly recommend using a company that cares about 'your' long term investment. It's more than just re-roofing.Thanks again,Chad T.
