I go to myers frequently for my business and there is a good reason why I go through them over anywhere else. They are so kind, attentive, and helpful! If they don't have it in stock, they look for it and special order it for you. I went in to myers a few days ago looking for an item. I couldn't find it and Monica, the sweet sales associate there, said she would look into for me. Today I get a message from her, telling me that she has located the item and is ordering it to the store for me to look at. I was so shocked that she remembered me and then messaged me, I was truly impressed. Great customer service and the main guy who runs the floor there is so great too! Shout out to my myers restaurant people! Thank you for all your help!

Used this company for restaurant supplies. I will never use this company again unless I'm out of options. They sit on invoices you're certain you've paid months ago or make you wait F-O-R-E-V-E-R for the delivery of your equipment with little to no communication. They missed a HUGE piece of our restaurant design and we got a surprise bill for 80k we are still scrambling to pay.

I have bought a number of things here over the years. Recently, I bought two patio heaters, about $1400. One stopped working after about ten uses. I know propane.... Worked for a hot air balloon company, have plumbed stoves, ovens, and dryers. I have restored vintage aluminum camping trailers, etc. So, I called them to ask for a new control valve, totally willing to pay for it. They said, "we don't do that, go to Grainger for parts." I said, "Well, how about warranty, it is only a few months old?" They said go to Grainger. Imagine that, full price product and zero support. So. Totally. Unprofessional. I am stuck re-plumbing my propane heater myself.... Good thing I am handy. Are you? If not, shop elsewhere.
