Bradley I Hall, OD, PC

I started going to Dr. Bradley Hall quite a while ago. Dr. Bradley Hall is thorough, professional, and very kind. Not only do I go to see him,My family now goes to see him. My sister who is 62 think hes wonderful. He has also seen my two grand nieces one of them is nine the other one is five. He was excellent with the children. He is an extremely patient man and a wonderful doctor. You cannot go wrong by seeing Dr. Bradley Hall.

All of the staff were very pleasant and friendly and Dr. Hall was kind and thorough. Highly recommended.

This is an updated post...Dr. Hall went above and beyond to resolve our negative experience with Jessica.  My daughter's contact lens prescription by Dr. Nazari is perfect, and both doctors were very accommodating. I appreciate the sincere effort to make the situation right.

Dr. Hall was very knowledgable and helpful in checking my refraction and getting the right prescription for my glasses. I have trouble focusing both eyes together and he suggested that I have a small amount of prism put in my lens prescription. What a difference that made. As soon as I put on the new glasses, my vision was clearer than it had been in 30 years.

I had an appointment with Dr. Hall on 9/21/2021.  Dr. Hall insisted that he needed to dilate my eyes because my eyes are "abnormally round".  I did not request this service, but did not object, trusting his authority.  Dr. Hall dialated my eyes without explaining how I would be impacted, asking if I had someone to drive me home, or if I had somewhere I needed to be after my appointment.  He proceeded to dilate my eyes and then asked if I had sunglasses.  I did not so he made sure I had a paper pair as he said it would be very bright outside. At the end of my appointment he expressed concern that I may have glaucoma and insisted I return for a follow-up appointment.  (I have no family history of glaucoma and have never had an eye doctor propose this previously).  I left the building and my vision was very very blurry, and afraid that something was wrong with me.  I walked outside unable to see (even with the paper sunglasses) and proceeded to sit in my car for two hours until I needed to pick up my daughter from preschool. Still, my vision felt more blurry than I was comfortable to drive, but had no choice.  It was an incredibly frightening experience.   Yesterday (09/31/21), Dr. Hall's receptionist contacted me to confirm a follow-up appointment.  When I stated that I would not be returning due to negligence, Dr. Hall contacted me by voicemail (which I have as an audio file and am able to send upon request).  In the voicemail, he started it by laughing and insisted that the reason my eyes were blurry was because of my vision...blaming me.  He said it was very abnormal and he reminded me that he gave me paper glasses (which did not help at all).  I've researched this and have found that after dilating one's eyes, it's normal for vision to be blurry for up to 4 hours.  He never gave me any level of informed consent around the impact and never acknowledged negligence around this.
