Had a really positive experience with this company. Jon was on time and super knowlegable. He answered all of our questions and really took the stress out of the whole experience.
The one thing that set them apart is that they tell you the price upfront, and don't try to rope you into a contract that way countless pest companies in the area do.
10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants fast service and a trustworthy and honest technician!

I have used Rats To Roaches several times now. John has always been a complete pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, as well as thorough. Steve, The owner,has always been very sweet to me in our contact as well. I appreciate that they’ve always been very upfront about the cost and detail that pest control on property would need. I’ve always felt like I’ve gone into a situation with the upmost communication, including John leaving us with a cell number to call at any time. I’ve also recommended them to others and received great feedback. Will continue to use and recommend.

We are European Food store, and we tried to use this company service for rats. Don't know how this company impress another customer. To me it's fraud: they came with simple Home Depot style trap ($2 value), collect payment . We tried before with same traps, no result. They inspected traps couple of times and that is it. We still have problem with rat, and they don't want to do anything else, but want new payment of $250 (the deal was pay once and job will be done). Complete waist of money and time. I wouldn't recommend them, they don't know what they doing.

I was pretty impressed with the professionalism of this small company. Ive dealt with several other small local pest control folks over the last few years and this one has by far been the best experience. Not only did they offer me the best price I could find for an ant treatment, they returned my original call within a few hours, got me an appointment whithin the next 36 hours then showed up on time. They did not try to sell me a repeat treatment plan or anything extra, which I really liked. The man was professional, respected my house by putting on his plastic booties before coming inside,he was thorough in informing me of what he was using and its effects. He helped move all my things away from the wall where it was necessary and got the job done quickly. The best part is even though he said the termidor would take up to 5 days to work I havent seen a stupid ant all day long :) And they offered to come back if I do see the ants back within 30 days.
Seems like a good and honest company I will probably be calling them again if I need more bugs gone.
