Unfriendly aloof and ultra expensive . Asked to see some mens gold necklaces. Was passed a book of photos. Cant recommend.

My diamond fell out of my ring and I called around to see who could fix it within a few days. No one but gold rush would accommodate me. All of the other stores in town wanted a week plus to help me. Gold Rush did it for me on the same day. Their staff was great and the jeweler did a great job for me.

I first used Gold Rush Jewelers' Santa Rosa location in July 2018. I stopped for a watch battery and when asked about cleaning my wedding band, Jane (I believe the manager), became alarmed when we could not remove the band. It did not feel tight and could be moved around but could not be pulled over my fingers due to arthritis. She recommended it be cut off due to concerns of circulation. Jane, very professionally, cut my ring off and I allowed my finger to return to what ever normal is! I very much appreciated her advice and honesty on why she recommended the removal of the ring. I just recently, in April 2019, brought the ring back to be resized and repaired. Steve did an excellent job of properly sizing the ring and repaired it in looking like new. Thank you to both Jane and Steve for their jobs-well-done ! Jane and Steve also display a very warm and personal touch to their services! I would recommend this store and location to any one, any time. Cheers!

My recent experience at Gold Rush Jewelers in Santa Rosa exceeded my expectations. My bracelet required a repair and Jane was very helpful in determining what needed to be done and explaining the process. I mentioned that I had the bracelet repaired there previously and the experience was less than positive. She thanked me for giving them another chance and gave me a substantial discount for the work. Steve, who completed the repair, was equally as helpful and very timely in completing the job.
