damage to cabinets on install. grouting of joints done poorly requiring return. gaps under sinks where they should have been sealed properly. backsplash at bath vanity cut too short that required reinstallation and then messed up paint job on wall. now a gap at the joint right at our kitchen sink. all work not even a year old. there must be better options!

Customer service stinks. They never answer any of the phone numbers they provide. I am contacting Home Depot and recommending they use better contractors.

t took 2 months for them to start my project. They started on a Friday and failed to finish that day and left without notifying me when they will return to finish the project. Called and was told they would be back next friday. A whole week without my kitchen!!The next group of installers did come a week later and stayed 2 hours completing the back splash but left the electric outlets unusable. Called 2 days later and was told I would be thefirst customer on Tues 07/24/2018 to be serviced that day. They never showed on Tues. Called and was told I did not have an appointment. Now what???Home Depot contracted Duracite. If you need this type of service do not go to Home Depot and never use Duracite.

Do not use this company!!! They kept changing the install date on us .... for months! Now, they left us with a counter installed they told us they would install the backsplash the next day but, then changed the date on the backsplash. I had an event at my house and now I have an unfinished kitchen for it because they changed the install date without even checking with me... the customer first... Very poor business. I know have to take more work off. I would not recommend this company Also, I spoke to one guy on the customer service line.... and he seemed pretty sympathetic but the girl I spoke with was completely rude. Go somewhere else ulless you want to deal with months of frustration!!

First they took 2 months getting us our slabs installed. When the slabs showed up they layout was not what we had agreed on and one was cracked. They agreed to replace it as any company should but it took them another month. The second one showed up and it was cracked too. So three months later and a cracked slab they fought and then agreed to discount the work. This was a nine thousand dollar countertop job done in 2015. There shouldn't be any cracks. What happens 2 years later? Out of the blue we get this bill for the remaining balance and threatening is to put a lien on the property. Horrible experience to say the least. We paid 9000 for a cracked kitchen countertop that took three months of back and forth to install and then have to come with 3 grand two years later. If there was no star I would pick i
