Went in for a spark plug change for my fiances car. Bring it home and it seems fine. Then he takes it to work on the freeway and a piece by the hood starts handing down. Gets to work and pops the hood to seewhat wasfoing on and it fell at his feet. looks like someone tried to pop the hoodbutyanked the wrong spot snapping the piece off. It was only held in place by the hood. Brought it back and he swore he didnt do it. He popped the hood and thats when i noticed that he left a set of pliers under the hood as well. Needless to say he took no accountability and from now on we will take it to the dealership. Very unprofessional.
