Rob and his team have been ensuring the security of our business for more than five years, and we couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and the excellent care with anything and everything we've ever needed alarm-related! One time we had a chirping alarm and he immediately diagnosed as a battery issue and was out within hours taking replacing it for us. Rob from All Star could not have been more helpful. He was very patient, as this was my first time getting a security system. He explained everything in detail. His pricing seemed to be reasonable compared to other companies. His attention to detail and genuine caring attitude shined through. He made the process of choosing and installing an alarm system not overwhelming and uncomplicated. I highly recommend his services.

Rob has been the only alarm company for our retail outlet (ReStore)!  He always provides prompt and friendly service.  Anytime I've called or emailed him to make any changes to our system, he has always responded and taken care of them within 48 hours.  When we were having problems with the alarm going off at random times, Rob spent about an hour walking the entire store checking all the motion detectors and letting us know where the issues may be.  He also took the time to make me a list of the different sections of the store for future reference.  I would recommend Rob and All Star Alarm to anyone looking for a reliable alarm company.

I don't see all the good reviews for this company that used to be on this site.  What happened?  He received great reviews from several of my neighbors on Nextdoor.com.  I can't say enough good things about Rob, the owner of All-Star Alarm.  He had the best prices and wonderful service as well as the best quality alarm components that we were used to in our last home.  He uses quality Honeywell alarm modules that are highly rated.  He was one of the only companies that I interviewed for this job, (I interviewed 6 alarm companies in all), that was willing to use the pre-wired alarm contacts the builder put in our home.  This saved us thousands of dollars in installation costs because everyone else wanted to sell us wireless contacts for all of our 35 plus windows and doors.  He is extremely honest and conscientious.  He also guarantees his equipment for 5 years which is unheard of in this industry.  All the others would only guaranty equipment for 1 year.  He doesn't lock you into a long-term contract like all the others and if you are not happy for any reason you are free to choose another monitoring company after the first 3 months. Monthly monitoring rates are comparable with or less than all the others.  He installed a cellular dialer for communications with the monitoring company that is not vulnerable to anyone cutting phone or cable wires rendering the system useless.  I felt very comfortable with this concept as the safest way to go.  Rob has owned this business for many years and is very knowledgeable in security systems.  He is a native Santa Rosan like myself and I wanted to support a local business.  As a Yelp member, If Yelp doesn't post my good review for All Star Alarms, I will lose faith in their ability to post responsibly for all businesses regardless of whether they advertise with Yelp or not.  It is not good faith to withhold reviews on any business when they are legitimate, good or bad!  After dealing with Rob and learning about this poor review on his business from Genevieve F. I believe she is mistaken in her ratings of this business and has him confused with someone else.  There are several other local alarm companies that have very similar names.

Rob has been servicing my getaway place for six years.  He is always friendly, prompt when he gives me a time when he will be there and very efficient. After a remodel, he came and upgraded the area and walked me through the process of changing codes.  Whenever I call with a question, no matter how trivial, he either has the answer or gets back to me promptly.  The service with which he is connected is quick to respond when there are alarm issues.  I really like the personal service of talking directly with the owner and knowing I am in capable hands.
