Was trying to get immigration paperwork filled for an AOS. Staff said one thing over phone, once I actually went in to office they no longer wanted to fill it out. I understand immigration can be touchy but maybe train staff to not be so rude. Also it's a little weird that you have to call to get in or at least get someone to come out to talk to you.

To enter to do a simple drug test for your employer, you must call to have someone open the door for you then they question why you are there before you can even enter. Then you must put on a mask to enter. Plus they are quite rude. And then I saw one of the biggest cockroaches I've ever seen in the bathroom next to the toilet. I told the lady about it and she played it off as it was okay because they're doing construction work in the neighborhood and there's cockroaches in places. I'm sorry but there's no excuse for cockroaches to be within a medical facility that's disgusting get your stuff together doctor.

Called to ask for information, got an extremely rude phone operator. No information was provided at all. If you hate your job, just quit. If someone has concerns with their health and medical care, the staff should show a little more respect and concern.

It is rare in the current state of affairs in regards to medicine, competing insurances, insurance policy dictatorships that holds your treatment in their hands and still find a compassionate,professional Doctor who can have the ability to balance all of those of those factors and still take time to really listen in order to diagnose your medical issue. Its the Devil in the details as one might say. The office staff are very respectful and courteous. They try to fit you in asap if at all possible. I recommend that patients remember the staff and your doctor are are human beings first and professionals second. In the world of medicine that means all day long ,all 40 plus hours of every week that they are listening to complaints. I have been a patient of Valley Medical Group for over 20 years . I suffer from over lapping conditions, which quite frankly can be a challenge to separate out individually. The most important thing for a patient like myself is to have trust and faith in your doctor. Dr. Wikholm really cares and really listens. His staff are stellar. Happy New Year Folks!
