Community Memorial Health Center – Santa Paula Suite C

Told us to come back at 5pm, condescendingly. Essentially Staff turned us for medical care. Seaview IP HMO thats been down over a month. Nobody is able to contact and verify primary at the moment. Going to west Ventura for Seaview IPA HMO where they accepted us over the phone since we put insurance information. I guess this location is just too busy to be up to date on their medical practice and understanding.

Don't go here if you want doctors with any brains apparently they are too stupid to work a drug test on the weekends, oh but the same place on saviers can do it on the weekends so obviously the doctors here are just too stupid to operate a drug test. Honestly if you can't do your job then this whole place should be shut down. Worthless place don't bother coming and if you already go here I would change places.

They are amazing they're fast, empathetic, friendly, and the doctors Are through and know their stuff. Best I have Ever been to. Way better than clinicas!!!!

Dr. Hatch is the most unprofessional and condescending doctor I've ever been to. I came for a consult for ADHD medication. I was diagnosed by a different center after multiple days of testing (probably 12 hours) and have a full written report of my diagnosis. Dr. Hatch questioned how I could "think" I have ADHD and relentless pummeled me with insulting questions, including asking about my period and saying my family probably "walks on eggshells around me." Anytime he asked a question, I had about a 5 second window to answer before he interrupted me and questioned my answers. He asked about my education and said "so how do you have ADHD if you had a 3.8 gpa?" - to which I explained to him, the "professional," that people with ADHD, can still do well in school, it was just a lot more effort on my part to keep my grades up. He immediately became visibly mad at me for speaking up and said to my face "Well I see the emotional side now!" literally grinning and laughing at me. I flat out told him "you can't speak to me that way," and he put his hands down, leaned over his desk, getting close to my face and said "excuse me?!!" Nastiest man I've ever met. He told me "I'm not gonna be able to help you if you act like this!" so I stood up, told him I'm not comfortable with him and walked out. I truly can't convey through typing just how awful he was. I left sobbing because he was so mean. Invalidating my diagnosis is one thing (which I am used to), but raising your voice and trying to physically intimidate a 20 year old girl?? Disgusting. No doctor should get away with treating someone like that. I feel awful for anyone who's had to see him and hope he is relieved of his job.
