Not only is Eric a professional so are his tools. Dont be fooled like me thinking you can do the same thing with the same results by using a diy cleaning kit. I called Eric after my simple and affordable vent cleaning kit failed. One of the poles broke leaving my brush and 4 feet of pole somewhere in my system about 8 feet in. Not only that, after he extracted my brush and poles he found that my brush was doing nothing but pushing lint forward creating a complete blockage. His brush (remember its professional?) is designed to scrape and grab lint. This allows Eric to bring debris back out the same opening hes going into. Rather than pushing debris through your entire system. In other words, his brush cleans, grabs and pulls it back out. Cleans, grabs and pulls it back out All the while he was doing this he was explaining everything. Obviously hes good at what he does. He cares about the quality of his work and cares about you. I feel like I made a new friend. You will be happy to pay him for a job thoroughly done. So much so you may even want to invite him for dinner, he is that much of a decent human being.

Great service! Eric and Samuel showed up promptly in the window we were scheduled for and were extremely hard working, knowledgeable, and honest. Really nice guys. We plan on using 101 Lint Busters yearly from here on out.
