        Every surface was clean. The woman who took our (counter/inside) order was very patient with the four 10 year olds while they ordered. She answered questions with a smile. Food was hot and well prepared (not sloppy).

        Burgers dry and not fresh. We hadn't been to any Carl's Jr for a very long time. We're traveling and had wanted something fast. Won't be back.

        I have not eaten in a Carly Jr. in a very long time, I just remember why. Burger was horrible, the bread was hard and flat, Ill never eat here again

        Service here is terrible drive thru cashier is terrible she dont like her job its better if she finds something she likes stop giving attitude to people that pays for her check

        I was passing through Santa Nella, hungry I been working all night. It's open 24 hours but no one took my order at the drive through , I drove up to the window, no employees in sight. I could see 3 vehicles so I know they were there . I wish they would have at least let me know that they were closed or that they were all too busy hiding in the back .
