I had such a Great experience with Brian. Brian made this transaction so smooth. The transaction was actually for someone else which was handled by me. I even got sick during the transaction which Brian still helped me through this. Brian DID NOT Nickle and Dime the transaction either. He actually asked us what we needed and he did everything possible to make it happen. YES... I will refer many many many clients over to Bright Idea House Buyers. Might I add..
