I shopped here over the weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful in store. I had my delivery for today and was given a window from 11:30am-2:30pm. I had taken time off for work during this time because I thought I would have my delivery by then. Not only was my stuff not delivered on time it was over 3 hours late! My eta kept changing which caused me large amounts of stress because I wasnt sure if I would make it to work on time but I was trying to stay hopeful. To make matters worst the driver was on the next block calling me and I had to tell him to come to the next block. CLEARLY he didnt put in the right address! Because of this nonsense I had to cancel my evening work which makes it look bad for my business. If I was 10th on the list I should not have gotten such an early window and this should have been scheduled later in the day. If anyone orders from this company be prepared to clear your entire day dont trust the window. For that I give this two stars. You all need to do better with scheduling!

Rod is the absolute best salesperson at the store and is incredibly knowledgeable about all the mattress, kind, and extremely accommodating. Make sure you ask for him to help you when you come to the store.
