bad service. won't return phone calls. slow service and way overpriced

In trying to remove my man hole cover they ruined the concrete area around it and pushed down the surrounding concrete. After they did the pumping they wanted a bill. I let them know that they should fix what they did but the owner blew me off. Also after that incident I cannot get another septic company to come to my house and fix the issues that starting this whole thing. It seems to me a coincidence that after Valley Septic I can't have anyone at my house.

Unfortunately you have to watch these guys like a hawk. They will give you a low initial estimate but then sneakily tack on the bucks to your bill so that you end up spending alot more than you initially thought. I was shocked when I got the final bill because they added in all kinds of extra fees for services, some of which we clearly saw they hadn't performed. I guess live and learn! In my case, I have learned and will never use Valley Septic / Valley Pump & Jetting again.
