The assistants at this office are very kind and helpful, but the actual orthodontist is very rude and through my experience Dr. Poole lacks communication about the treatment. When I asked further questions for clarification she was extremely rude and disregarded any of my concerns. She has horrible manners, has a bad attitude and does not even wear a mask properly as an orthodontist around her patients. Do not go here do NOT waste your time here.

My daughter had a huge overbite and we thought for sure that she would need to have teeth extracted or wear headgear for 5 years like I did. Dr. Poole said she just needed to have her lower jaw brought forward. And she did it with an Invisalign appliance that brought the jaw forward, no springs or braces. I was spectacle at first but my daughter did a great job wearing her Invisalign and did everything Dr. Poole asked her too. It took 18 months and her teeth are perfectly straight and she no longer has an overbite! I love Dr. Poole! She uses the best most up to date state of the art technology! Kids got it made!!!!!

Both of my children were treated by Dr. Poole with Invisalign teen. Their teeth turned out beautifully and it was so easy for my kids!!!! My kids love Dr. Poole and always look forward to going to her office! Parents should not be afraid to have their kids try Invisalign Teen. I was worried they were not going to wear their trays but it was not a problem at all! Alot different than my experience with braces as a kid!!!!!

My dentist referred me to Dr. Poole for to have my front teeth straightened out before I got some veneers. She had me do Invisalign for 4 months and she gave me some really strong bleach to whiten my teeth while wearing my Invisalign trays. I am at the end of my Invisalign and my smile is beautiful. I do not need to even get veneers now! Thank you Dr. Poole!

I was unable to get braces as a child because we could not afford it. I was nervous to get them as an adult but Dr. Poole was amazing! She walked me through the whole process and took such good care of me! I now love my smile and any adults who are not sure if they want to do it, go for it! You will not regret it!!!!! Thank you Dr. Poole!!!!
