Ann- Receptionist in front. Asian lady. Very rude does not allow you to speak. Appears extremely frantic and doesnt seem to work well under pressure. She should not be working up front or any form of customer service. However- Veronica, was extremely warm and patient which made up for Anns lack of awareness and empathy.

Worst receptionist team ever!!! Was on hold for over 30 min no joke!!! not even a check in or apology for the delay. Would have hung up but this apt. was urgent. NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY DO THIS!!!

:: read Leannes post:: Due to inexperienced staff my paperwork was misread and I was set for both knees to be X-rayed- My share of cost was over $650!!! That is almost all of my Retirement income for one month!!! A seasoned staff clarified that the Paperwork was for one knee only and that dropped the copay to $480 what??? So that means both knees will cost me close to $ 1000. The technicians were Awesome !!! Easy going and kind.

Horrible experience. Rude front office staff. My ride waited in the front lobby while I was getting my procedure done and she told me the front office staff were loudly laughing at a video of a patient getting a procedure done at Plaza. Diana was my CT tech and she had the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced from an imaging tech. In the middle of the procedure, she came out of her booth and put her hand on top of my IV entry point without warning while my eyes were closed, and then was surprised that she startled me by doing that. She also didn't warn me when the contrast was about to start. Only after she took the contrast IV out of my arm did she realize she needed to check if the images looked ok. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
