My flower order was delivered but i ordered a small box of chocolates and they did not show up on the day of the delivery. They were also never delivered after. I did not receive a phone call or message as to why they were not able to deliver them.

Garbage place. They do not follow the notes/instructions. My daughter has missed out TWICE because their incompetence has delivered her flowers a day late in both occasions. The prices are ridiculous because they cant even do the one job I hired them for. Find somewhere else to shop, at this point any grocery store would be a better option than using this place again.

I ordered flowers for my anniversary and they arrived late and they look nothing like the picture. They also lied about attempting to deliver them on the correct day I even paid for express shipping. Worst flower shop do not buy from them

well i orderd an arangement and stuffed bear, ballons, and candy for my wife. what i got was flower arangement that dint look anything at all like what i orderd i tried to have the shop fix it. there solution was to go pick up flowers they deliverd wich would embaras my wife and refund me. i sugensted they exchange for what they advertised, she would not go for that idea. did i mention they failed to deliver the ballons and the candy and the stuffed animal, but they still charged me for all of it. i paid $114 for a delux arangement. look at the pictures and you be the judge. i wont be going to this florist again. they have no pride in there work at all. picture with the wight stuff is what it should have looked like wife got the plain one. i expect to be refunded $30.97 for the extras i orderd in total $169.60. just to be clear i did contact the seller same day befor delivery to make sure the arrangement was going to be like in picture and they did asure me it would, that dint happen. be careful ordering from them, they dont deliver what they advertise on website.
