I called 9 different contractors and either they wouldn’t call back or they wouldn’t show up. Sylvester answered right away and started the job early. Sylvester and his crew are hard working and respectful. He hauled an endless amount of dirt out of my backyard, leveled it, poured concrete and added mulch. A nice blank canvas to do what I need. I will use him every time.

Sylvester is an Artist and a Sculpture. Him and his Son just finished a project in my Front yard.He did a Cement Island with sod around it, and a border around the fence with rocks, and a walk way next to the house. Everything turned out Awesome. I would Highly Recommend Mr. Sylvester and Son. Sylvester was very Professional, always on time. Mr. Sylvester takes Pride in his work. I have other projects around my house, and most definitely want him and his Son to do them. I give Mr. Sylvester two Thumbs up 👍 and five stars ⭐ Service: Paving

A while back Silvester and his guys did a low maintenance landscape yard for me. They did such great job from initial contact to finishing the job on time and on budget. They built a half wall and concrete courtyard, concrete mow strip, planted succulents, added decorative rock, and a small grass area in front of my house. On the side yard they built a retaining wall that had to get permitted by the County Of Santa Barbara. Refinecrete office handled the permit process for us so we didn’t have to deal with it. They also added small dwarf palm trees and gravel. REFINECRETE is a great company. They really take pride in their customers and projects and the outcome is exactly what I had envisioned. Thank you Refinecrete for your hard work and for my new low maintenance landscaped front yard! I highly recommend Silvester for landscaping, concrete, and masonry. Garcia Family

Pleasant & professional to work with. They take pride in their work & it shows. Shows up on time, leaves the work site neat, gets the job done efficiently and I'd definitely recommend.
