Slo Pest & Termite

John came out today after calling him yesterday. We have had some bugs in our commercial space that we never used to have. After a thorough walk around he noticed the building next door has a leaky hose bib and we all have sump pumps on the exterior in the front of the building under a trap door.Theirs was the source of the problem. Upon alerting the occupants, we were told that they have a local pest and termite company in the family from the area and they had recently come out to service the interior, but never bothered to check outside? Yikes, why bother to call them back? John had the integrity not to charge us for a service call since he didn't think it would solve the problem long term. I won't call anyone but SLO Pest and Termite if we ever have an another issue here or if something comes up at home. He is obviously very knowledgable, amazingly responsive and professional. SLO pest and termite control came and inspected my shell beach dwelling when I had a tenant complain of bedbugs. They answered my call right away and came the next day. He did a thorough and detailed inspection and found no active infestation; no bedbugs. They gave a free estimate and a report that I can show my tenant. These are honest people and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what an infestation would look like if I had one. Great company! Thank you. JP

SLO Pest and Termite was used to do a termite inspection during the purchase of our home. Some dry rot was indicated on the garage door, which the owner replaced. Everything else was noted clear of termites on the report. We went forward with the purchase in July. Early January i noticed a small hole in the wall with wood remains on the floor underneath. Weve had to professionally done termite inspections by two different companies, and both indicate we have a termite infestation and an infestation this significant was present well before we purchased the home- possibly even during the time the home was built in 2008. Myself and our realtor have tried to find a fair resolution with John Colorado to make things right and give him the chance to inspect. He came into my home unprofessionally, rude and upset. He refused to inspect the findings because I did not provide a tall ladder for him. He walked out and never bothered to make things right. Its been recommended we fumigate our home costing around $5k +. Service: Termite inspection
