Not good business practice to "bite the hand that feeds you." Back Solicitation is a sneaky and unethical way to try and secure new business. Although this is not how it should be, it seems to be an acceptable practice for a certain company

I have no idea how GlovaLink is still in business. My go to long haul trucker XPO used them as an agent for a short while which resulted in many missed shipments and delays until they finally dropped them and no longer use them, going back using XPO again

I fully agree with Juan's assessment of GlovaLink. GlovaLink was simply not up to the task of being XPO's agent, they are simply NOT a CFS carrier as much as they claim to be. What is there to "look into???" Plainly put it is about your failure to deliver, resulted in unhappy customers, XPO got smart and dropped you, end of story

Just what I was looking for a Professional Team that assist me daily with my LTL, FTL and CFS pickups. Great Drivers and Dispatching team go the extra mile for our company. Excellent office staff friendly.
